Our Yoga Classes

  • Gentle/Restorative Yoga is for those students who want a more relaxing experience.  Typically people with chronic symptoms, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Fibromyalgia, Adrenal Fatugue, and other stress related issues benefit from this gentle, healing yoga.  It includes stretches, breathing techniques, and gentle movements.

  • Beginner Yoga is an introductory class for students who are new to Yoga.  This class focuses on the poses to stretch and strengthen the body.  Beginner Yoga is essentially for instructing the student in basic alignment of the poses.

  • Open Level classes serve students who have the basic poses in thier practice and are looking to grow in their practice and prepares the student for a more vigorous flow. 

  • In Open Level we focus on breath with movement.  Its benefits challenge the student to create balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance.

  • Intermediate Yoga focuses on refining standing and sitting yoga poses, back bends, and beginning inversion poses.  It is recommended that the student is confident and experienced with Open Level Yoga before taking intermediate Yoga.

1 Hour Private Session

We are so fortunate to have teachers who can work one on one with a student for various reasons. Private lessons are a great way to start your yoga practice and get experience with a teacher who can create sequences specifically for you. They can also help with conquering a specific part of yoga you may want more experience with like hand stands, proper alignment or holding that one pose you can't seem to stay in. Our teachers will make the class all about you and what you deserve to have in your yogic life.
