Our Yoga Classes


All Level Soft Flow

This is an all-level practice where you will enjoy a soft flow to help you destress, raise your energy levels, and uplift your spirits. This class is perfect for all ability levels and for anyone who wants to enjoy yoga in a soft and simple format. 


All Level Vinyasa

Fundamental principles of alignment and breath-work to aid in improving strength, stability, flexibility, and a calm mind. Come connect with yourself in a space and class designed to help you feel balanced, refreshed, and inspired.



A slow-paced and meditative form of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time rather than moving quickly from one pose to the next. Yin calms and balances the mind, helps rejuvenate the body by targeting our joints, bones, and connective tissues brings balance to the organs of the body, reduces stress, and promotes deep relaxation. Yin is beneficial for all levels and everyone is welcome!


All Level Power Flow

We will work on your own personal strength and push your level to improve your strength while being in touch with what you need.

New Year's Eve (12/31) 10:00 am-3:00 pm, Morning classes will be held but not evening.
