Join us on an inspiring retreat and journey to self empowerment as we explore the towering red rocks in southern Utah. Our days will be filled with  amazing yoga sessions, hiking and adventuring in Zion’s national park, and relaxing in nature at our lodge a few minutes walk from the park.

Itinerary Overview

Day 1: WIND 

Arrive at your beautiful accommodation just outside of Zion National Park. Check into your room, unpack your bags, and relax before a delicious welcome dinner at a nearby restaurant.

We will come together in the evening to get to know our group and join in our first yoga class-Breathe and Restore.

Accommodation: Cable Mountain Lodge

Day 2: WATER 

Start your day with a healing yoga class-Energizing Self Discovery Yoga. After our morning yoga class we will enjoy breakfast before setting out for a day at Zion national park. This morning after our yoga class we will have the option to head into the park, where we’ll continue to let our spirits free and embrace some amazing hikes to Emerald pools or Riverside walk.

In the afternoon, continue exploring Zions as we enjoy free time to get to the hikes we have been hoping to check off our lists or enjoy the pool and spa at the lodge or join an optional yoga workshop to learn fly with crow/side crow. Later in the afternoon we will have our second yoga class- Cultivating Peace Through the Benefits of Yin Yoga

Day 3: EARTH 

Start your day with a yoga class- Grounding Slow Flow. We will enjoy a breakfast after and then make our way to the park. We’ll have the option to hike up to Angels Landing- a hike that may push us to remember our strength and reward us with incredible beauty.

In the afternoon, continue exploring Zions as we enjoy free time to get to the hikes we have been hoping to check off our lists or enjoy the pool and spa at the lodge, or an optional yoga workshop- Learn to make Kombucha/ Happy Hips Yoga. Later in the afternoon we will come together for our second yoga class- Inner Knowing Yoga.

Day 4: FIRE 

We will start our day with our final yoga class- Burn to Create Space Yoga. Enjoy a delicious breakfast before packing up your bags and departing for home!


Retreat Host: Carly Warner

I have found healing in my life from the benefits of Yoga and Massage Therapy.  After running for several years I started to develop a sciatic nerve and piriformis issue that made it almost impossible to run.  Through a dedicated yoga practice and receiving massage therapy every two weeks I have been able to start running again in small distances.  I am grateful for the healing that I have received from yoga and massage on all levels of mind, body, and spirit.  I find great joy and satisfaction from providing the same service to my clients and friends as well as a space of peace, greater awareness, and the opportunities for people in our community to create healing. My Personal Mission: Through divinity and inspiration I empower all to create balance, transformation, healing and spiritual peace.














Join Carly Warner on this Journey To Self Empowerment Yoga Retreat as we ground with the earth through yoga practices, remembering our innate inner strength, and tuning in to our inner knowing through self care. Let us handle the vacation details for you as you listen to your heart and dig a little deeper into your soul. This 4 day, 3 night inclusive yoga retreat is carefully planned with 2-3 daily yoga practices, 2 hikes in Zion’s National Park, and 2 workshops teaching specific yoga poses as well as self care.
