Soothe the body, mind, and spirit with sound healing. Sound baths relax the body by easing tension, dissonance, thus creating a sensation of inner harmony, renewal, and connection which releases subconscious patterns, limiting beliefs, and behaviors. Ultimately opening up deeper space for healing and growth. 


A sound healing bath is an acoustic immersion in vibrational sound waves. The sound bath begins with a short guided meditation and breathwork. With an intention to receive healing from frequencies, and harmonies through sacred sound healing instruments (crystal quartz singing bowls, drum, gong, rain stick, and tongue drum. Distant reiki is also shared freely. Come hydrated for a 

deeper experience and continue to hydrate to improve detoxification.

The sound bath is offered by Alisha Blackmore, Certified Yoga Teacher 500, Sound Healing Practitioner & Reiki Master. By merging her experience with an approach to balance elements of body, mind, and spirit utilizing sound healing and Reiki, Alisha is able to offer participants a unique multi-dimensional path in healing, self-discovery, and renewal.

This workshop incorporates meditation and yoga postures that spark self-reflection.

You'll find yourself leaving this workshop with more clarity in your personal chakra system and ways to further the balancing process at home.


Shandy is a 500HR RYT. She enjoys building creative flows and bringing intentions into play in class. She loves connecting breath to movement and noticing how our body's move in reaction to poses. In her classes, you will find a fun-loving atmosphere, intention building, as well as strength building in the body. Her goal is to bring light and beauty into each soul that walks into her class.
