  In this workshop dive deeper than the basics of each Chakra. Learn how to recognize imbalances for each chakra and how to bring balance to your energetic body through yoga, food, and mantras. This sound bath is an acoustical immersion in vibrational sound waves. These sound waves stimulate responses throughout the body that are unique to each recipient ranging from tranquil to exhilarating. The sound bath begins with a short guide into breath and an intention set by the student. Students then receive harmonies and frequencies played through sacred sound healing instruments (crystal singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks, drums, gong, etc.).
